- If, during 30-days from receipt of product a customer is not 100% satisfied with their purchase, Pet Club PCR will take it back and provide a full refund.

Important Notes About Returns & Exchanges
- If merchandise is returned in "as-new" condition in its original packaging within 30 days of purchase because you have changed your mind, a credit for the item will be issued to the method of payment used when the order was placed. All “as new” returns MUST include a valid RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number issued by Pet Club PCR. Returns we receive damaged because of inadequate packaging will be limited to a Pet Club PCR merchandise credit.
- By visiting our website or purchasing from Pet Club PCR, you are accepting the terms described in this policy. We may modify or add to this policy on occasion and encourage you to review it periodically for updates.
- Why do we gather information? Pet Club gathers personal information to process your orders, help improve our products and customer service, communicate with you, provide a more personalized shopping experience and to inform you, and your gift recipients, of special offers and discounts directly from us, our affiliated brands and selected third parties.
- Information You Provide. Pet Club PCR collects and stores information from you through our website, emails, mail, and telephone. You provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, credit card information and other information when you do such things as place an order, join our Pet Club, sign up for promotional emails, request product information or make use of other content on our website or social media accounts. That information is used to communicate with you, process your order, administer Pet Club programs and/or allow you to redeem points, provide product information or provide other information that you may request, collect payment for products and services you purchase, respond to your questions, and customize your shopping experience. We may also use this information to send you information about other products and services that may be of interest to you.

Pet Club PCR’s website employs Secure Socket Layer (SSL) software which means all personal data you send us (name, address, credit card information, etc.) is encrypted during the entire transmission process, protecting your confidential information from interception and hacking. - PCI Compliance. Security of your credit card and other payment information is extremely important to us. We meet or exceed all requirements of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) as established by the PCI Security Standards Council to protect your cardholder data. We employ a variety of methods, including firewalls, encryption, and other best practices to keep your payment information secure at all times.
- Our website also uses a common web technology called "action tags" (also called single pixel gifs or web beacons) to anonymously track purchase, usage and other web activity information. Action tags (including third party tags) may be used to provide data to third parties for tracking purposes. However, our website does NOT use action tags to collect or transfer personal information.

- How much will it cost to ship my order?
- If you ship to a physical (street) address or PO Box within the contiguous 48 States, we offer $7.95 flat rate shipping through USPS.
- Shipping to APO boxes: We ship to Postal Service, APO, DPO, and FPO. The US Postal Service will deliver to the Military Post Office, which then delivers the package to the Military location.
- Do you offer in-person pick-up? No.
- How can I look at more shipping options? Currently we ship all packages via the Postal Service. We will provide expedited delivery for an additional cost.
- How much will it cost to ship to another country? Please contact us for shipping costs to other countries. Regulations may prevent us from shipping to all countries.
- When can I expect my order to ship? Most orders ship within 48 hours. (excluding weekends and holidays)
- My order hasn’t shipped because something was on backorder; what should I do? If an item is on backorder, it will be marked as such in your cart during checkout. Backordered items do not split out automatically. If you wish to split the order so the rest of your order ships sooner, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and we can split your order for you.
- If items in my order ship separately, will I be charged extra? As long as you place one single order with shipping to one address, you will not be charged extra shipping for a split order.
